payment card industry security

4 Ocak 2011 Salı

PCI security standards are technical
and operational requirements set
by the Payment Card Industry
Security Standards Council to protect
cardholder data. The standards globally
govern all merchants and organizations
that store, process or transmit this data
– with new requirements for software
developers and manufacturers of
applications and devices used in those
transactions. Compliance with the PCI
set of standards is mandatory for their
respective stakeholders, and is enforced by the major payment card brands who established the Council:
American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide and Visa Inc.

We promise to try hard to get you the results you need and deserve. This can only be accomplished by having experienced, dedicated legal professionals on your side who understand that although we handle numerous cases, hopefully this will be the only one YOU may have in your lifetime.

We handle a variety of personal injury and disability claims. Often in our practice someone who is seriously hurt may need assistance in more than one area of the law at the same time. A serious automobile injury may result in a workers’ compensation claim, an automobile (personal injury) claim and if the injuries are serious enough, a social security disability claim. We have attorneys who regularly practice in all these areas of the law and work very well together on cases that involve all of our expertise. Truly at Keel O’Malley Tunstall, LLP if you are seriously injured as a result of someone else’s fault (negligence) we will help you in any way we can.

Many times people do not seek the guidance of an attorney for fear that doing so would be too expensive and complicated. At Keel O'Malley Tunstall, L.L.P., we alleviate those fears right away. Your first consultation is always FREE. During that first meeting you will find out whether your problem requires the assistance of a lawyer and what we can do to help. Fees and costs are discussed up front. There is no "guessing" as to what your fee might be for our services. We collect attorney's fees only if there is a monetary recovery of funds.

When you enter our office you will know that our attorneys and other staff members genuinely care about you and your legal concerns. If we cannot give your case the attention it deserves we will tell you so. We do not take cases unless we feel we can devote the resources necessary to attend to them properly.
